During the initial phone consultation, PTC will gather information regarding any insurance benefits that you may want to access, as well as any scheduling needs/requests. Basic client information and areas of concern will be discussed, and an evaluation will be scheduled. PTC staff will call and email with benefit information and will direct you to our website to access the necessary new patient forms and paperwork. |
